Time: arrive at 7.15pm for 7.30pm start. Finish 9.30pm

Cost £180 includes:

• Membership of Enfield and District Beekeepers’ Association for 2024.
• This includes membership benefits, BBKA News monthly magazine, insurance, access to members’ only equipment shop, equipment hire, Association meetings.
• 6 teaching theory sessions, including notes and handouts covering: basic beekeeping, natural history of the colony, honeybee health, forage, honey and beeswax, management, and equipment.
• Practical sessions in the apiary, dates to be arranged.
• Equipment session.
• Textbook BBKA Guide to Beekeeping by Ivor Davis and Roger Cullum Kenyon.
• Bee suit loan for the course.
